“My call was answered promptly and next day service even though it was not an emergency. Humming noise when the indoor unit was running. Also blinking red light on circuit board. I found it was a faulty filter that created the noise but the red light was still blinking. Colton ran diagnostics on both indoor and outdoor units and everything was okay. Red light only indicates a problem if it blinks so many times and stops. He also checked the heat cycle and it will not need any further maintenance or inspection for winter. I think this was the third service call they had made for us on different units and each time was promptly taken care of. First rate service and always informative.”
