I am very pleased with Colton, and the time he took to look for, and fix our issue. We always use Gateway heating and cooling, and definitely recommend them for all your heating and cooling issues. You won't be overcharged or told you need a new unit just to get more money! If they can fix it, they will.”
“My call was answered promptly and next day service even though it was not an emergency. Humming noise when the indoor unit was running. Also blinking red light on circuit board. I found it was a faulty filter that created the noise but the red light was still blinking. Colton ran diagnostics on both indoor and outdoor units and everything was okay. Red light only indicates a problem if it blinks so many times and stops. He also checked the heat cycle and it will not need any further maintenance or inspection for winter. I think this was the third service call they had made for us on different units and each time was promptly taken care of. First rate service and always informative.”
